Important Dates

• Early bird: Valid for payments completed on or before August 15.
• Online: Applicable for payments made on or after August 16.

Registration Fee

*Foreign Student Presentation: $50 subside registration fee

*Note: Online or Early-bird registration is mandatory for foreign participants.

Registration fee includes

All conference materials, including a USB and book of conference program, welcome reception, lunch, official dinner, coffee and refreshment during breaks.

ICSERA 2026 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Conference Dates: October 20-23, 2026

1. Standard Cancellation Timeline

• Early Cancellation (More than 80 days before the event)
  : Cancellations submitted on or before August 3, 2026, are eligible for a 75% refund of the total registration or participation fee.
• Mid-Term Cancellation (30 to 80 days before the event)
  : Cancellations submitted between August 4 and September 21, 2026, will incur a 50% penalty, resulting in a 50% refund.
• Late Cancellation (Within 30 days of the event)
  : Cancellations submitted on or after September 22, 2026, are subject to a 100% penalty. No refunds will be issued.

2. Administrative Rules & Exceptions

• Unauthorized Withdrawal (No-Show)
  : If a registrant, speaker, or exhibitor withdraws from the conference without submitting a formal cancellation request and receiving explicit approval from the organizing committee, no refund will be provided.
• Event Modification or Cancellation
  : If the organizers are forced to change the venue, alter the dates, or cancel the event entirely due to exceptional, unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), participants are not entitled to additional compensation for travel or accommodation expenses beyond the standard policies applied to the registration fee.
